I filed a warranty claim and I’m still waiting to get any real help (which is frustrating). So far, it feels like it’s gone nowhere, and I haven’t gotten a clear answer on what happens next

"Tracking Was All Over the Place"
The tracking updates were confusing. They didn’t seem to line up with what was actually happening, or maybe they just weren’t updating when they should have been, so I kept checking and still had no real idea where my order was.
It wasn’t the worst experience ever, actually, no, it was more annoying than terrible, but it definitely made the whole thing feel less reliable. If accurate tracking is important to you, I’d probably think twice before ordering.

I did get order updates, so it’s not like they completely left me in the dark, but they were slow and kind of vague. I had to keep checking on the status myself, which was a little frustrating. I’m not trying to be overly picky, but clearer updates would’ve made the whole thing feel a lot smoother.

"Billing was mostly fine"
My order went through without any real problems and the total was pretty much what I expected, but I did end up checking the charge twice because the confirmation email showed it a little differently than the way it appeared on my bank statement, so for a minute I thought maybe something was off even though it all matched in the end, it was just a bit confusing. Overall it was fine, just not totally smooth.

"A little slow, but they helped me out"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, nothing major, I just needed some info and wasn’t totally sure what was going on. They did take a little longer to reply than I was hoping, which was mildly annoying at the time, but once they got back to me they were polite and gave me what I needed. So, not the fastest experience ever, but it got sorted and I’d still say it was good overall

Checkout did work in the end, but the payment page was kind of glitchy and took longer than I expected. I was sitting there refreshing and second-guessing myself, which was a little embarrassing because I wasn’t sure if I’d messed something up. The charge went through fine and I got the order email, so no real issue there. Just wasn’t the smoothest experience, not terrible, but not great either.

I ordered a few parts and at first I was relieved because most of them fit the way I expected. Then I got to one piece and, it was kind of frustrating because it needed some filing before it would sit right. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, and once I got it worked out I felt okay about it, but in the moment it was definitely annoying. Shipping was fine, the price was reasonable, and overall it wasn’t a bad experience. I’d just be more careful next time and double-check compatibility before ordering.

I was excited to place my order at first, then halfway through I started getting hit with compliance details and restrictions I didn’t realize applied. That kind of killed the mood fast. "Seemed legit and my order was what I expected"
I ordered from Delta Team Tactical and, everything seemed legit once it showed up. The parts looked like the photos on the site, the branding and packaging didn’t give me any weird “is this fake?” feeling, and the prices were good, maybe a little too good at first, which is why I was kind of watching the whole thing closely.
The only thing was the shipping info took a bit to update, and the emails were basic, like not super polished or anything. But the order arrived fine, everything looked right in person, and once I had it in hand I didn’t feel like anything was sketchy. I’d probably order from them again.

I had a tough time figuring out what I was supposed to do. The instructions felt all over the place, like steps were missing or not in the right order. I kept going back and rereading them, but I still wasn’t totally sure. It kind of feels like it works when it wants to, which makes the whole thing frustrating and not very user friendly.

The part showed up looking rough, and it just didn’t fit the way it was supposed to. The finish felt cheap too, like there was something about it that just seemed off. it wasn’t worth the hassle, and I probably won’t order from them again.

My first impression when I started building the bundle was just confusion. The options didn’t really explain what was included, and it wasn’t clear which choices were changing the price. I kept going back and forth trying to figure out what I had actually selected, and even then I still wasn’t totally sure. Maybe it’s straightforward if you already know how their setup works, but as a first-time customer it felt frustrating enough that I ended up giving up.
